For the first time also the Emerging Markets like China, India, Russia, South Corea and Thaiwan are included.

It seems, that the flash player 9 on average 95% all over the world. The mature markets have a penetration of 95,7%, while the Emerging Markets already are at 93,3%. Good news for FLEX-Developers!
